Nancy Wang, Director of Product and Engineering for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Founder and Board Chair of Advancing Women in Tech (AWIT) has led product development across companies like Google, Rubrik and AWS. Winner of multiple awards, including Advocate of the Year issued by the Women in IT Awards and Mentor of the Year in the 2022 Stevie Awards, Nancy has dedicated her career to product management and the advancement of diverse leaders in senior product roles, and mentors hundreds of female founders through AWIT.
