Session: Acceptance - The Missing Piece to Belonging and Inclusion
There is a crucial piece that truly separates organisations, societies, and communities of practise that truly want to challenge the status quo and push the diversity needle from those who maintain the status quo.
Diversity is a non linear narrative. Diversity is a language that is localized and globalized in intersectional environments. Diversity isn’t an isolated theme but an integral and integrated theme into every facet of what we do. It is the heartbeat to ensure people are alive with life.
The topic of diversity is an ongoing discussion and intentional action. As intentional leaders, the onus is on us to become success partners in ensuring that the environment we create is for every human. Come learn with me why “Acceptance” is a crucial piece to Belonging and Inclusion and how this piece can change the climate of your organisation positively from point of inception to point of off boarding where you will see a growth in retention, creativity, empowerment, morale, and growth of any community of practise ( workplace, home, nation etc).
