Michelle Vendelin is Director of Innovation Services and Coaching at CableLabs, with over 25 years of experience in emerging technology development, strategy, and leadership at Hewlett Packard and various startups.
As an Innovation and Performance Coach, she has worked with innovators at Google, Amazon, Apple, HP, and more, helping them navigate the toughest challenges of bringing new ideas to life. At CableLabs, the Innovation Lab for the Broadband Industry, she leads innovation sprints, idea development coaching, and produces the immersive CableLabs Innovation Bootcamp, empowering innovators to go from inspiration to pitch in a week on real world challenges.
Michelle is passionate about resilience in innovation, equipping leaders with the mindset, strategy, and courage to persevere. She was recognized with the Rocky Mountain Women in Cable Technology (WICT) "Leader to Watch" Award in 2022 and recharges by hiking, exploring hot springs, and embracing cold plunges.
