Maryam Meseha is the Founding Partner and Co-Chair of Privacy & Data Security at Pierson Ferdinand LLP, a tech-enabled law firm, and an experienced data privacy and cybersecurity attorney. She counsels businesses of all sizes on navigating regulatory frameworks, implementing AI governance, and ensuring data protection and ethical compliance.
Maryam has advised companies across industries: including technology, finance, real estate, healthcare, retail, and hospitality, on developing and implementing enterprise-wide data privacy and security systems. She also acts as data breach counsel, guiding organizations through response investigations and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
