Prior to launching CareerClimb®, Lisa spent a decade as a VP of Product and a Senior Product Executive in Silicon Valley for a number of consumer and enterprise companies. Lisa has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Business and has been featured as a thought leader in the Harvard Business Review, in the book “Cracking the PM Interview” and other publications.
Lisa has been a frequent contributor to stages and publications, including speaking at the Women In Product conference every year since 2020 and holding popular live workshops and presentations to dozens and hundreds of participants. She has coached over 100 women in tech, ranging from individual contributors to VPs and Chief Product Officers, producing over $1.6 million in salary increases, multiple promotions, new roles and a life-long community since 2020.
Lisa is a self-proclaimed “cultural mutt” who speaks five languages and has lived in six countries. She is an avid skier, climber, and mountaineer, having summited Denali in 2019. She is currently working on her book to help mid-career women in tech break new trails and reach their career summits.
