Bio
Kristina is a Tech Recruiter at Kaufland e-commerce. Before joining the company in June 2021 she was working as a Talent Acquisition Manager for a digital agency where she discovered her passion for tech recruiting. While she now focuses mostly on Infrastructure Engineering and Mobile Engineering, she has also dipped her toes into Frontend, Backend and Security Engineering as well. When she is not trying to find the best tech talents out there, she can usually be found in a third wave coffee shop, out in nature or with a book in hand.
