Session: Risk & Revolutions | How Our Workforce Has Become the Unassuming Revolutionaries
This dynamic session that weaves storytelling, research and data, challenges us to understand what’s the risk: As legal (and legal tech) professionals in the space of assessing risk, what do we not see, what have we not considered, what are we still missing? This session takes a view from 10,000 feet to 10 inches to explore how industries have had to react and evolve, how understanding current revolutions are fundamental to business continuity, and how organizational health, reputational brand and talent retention have become the drivers to competitive advantage. We have not only evolved, we have transformed as a workforce: If we are not understanding-to-prioritize what our talent values re: equity, retention and engagement, we are at risk.
