Entrepreneur, tech enthusiast, coach and mum. I’m a Possibilist, which is to say that I’m someone who neither hopes or fears without reason. Throughout my 20+ years in tech, consulting, sales and leadership, I've developed a deep conviction that success comes when we are clear and bold in our goals, but focused and curious (rather than fearful) in the process.My background and experience have led me to write and speak about the power of mindset to determine the trajectory of any business or career. My core message on this is simple: the more we as leaders and individuals can quickly shift our mindset from fear to curiosity, the more success (however we define it) we will have. I think this is especially true in the face of disruption and rapid technological change.
