In this session I will share insight and experiences from women in the IT/tech space, together with my own personal experiences, about what it means to lead with confidence, to have self-awareness and to know when you walk in a room, you totally own it from within.Looking at what experience has taught us; how we’ve overcome imposter syndrome, lack of self-belief, what we’ve learnt from our mistakes and the advice we wished we’d had earlier in our careers.

I am a positive influencer and advocate for women in the workplace. I coach women to believe in themselves, to rediscover their self-worth, to lead with confidence and to shout loud and proud about who they are. I want to see women rise up and shine bright!As an IT Professional (and non-Techie), I am passionate about raising awareness of the diverse career opportunities available to women in the IT/Tech space. I do this by speaking up on social media and at events, sharing mine and other women’s career experiences. My message is, you don’t need to be tech to succeed in tech.
