Despite where in the org chart they are or what technologies they use, they are trying to achieve something and be successful.In this talk, Hristina will cover the realities of shipping code for a mobile app. She will walk you through stories of Skrill’s releases, process and infrastructure challenges that she and her teams figured out how to overcome to enable the mobile engineers be more productive, ship more regularly and, last but not least, dream for the apps’ future growth. And how their journey transformed the teams to effective community fostering geekiness and strong engineering culture.

Hristina Nedkova is a Senior Engineering Manager at Paysafe. Since she joined the company in 2018, she is very passionate about mobile development and all the aspects of releasing a cool mobile app in the App Store. Hristina has contribution in the growth and scale of the mobile community at Paysafe and currently leads the mobile development within the Digital Wallets division overseeing the e-wallet apps Skrill and NETELLER.
