Session: How to spot trends and position your messaging when marketing emerging technologies
As a marketing professional your job is to hit the always moving target of what people are interested in, what they are searching for, and how to position your product as the answer to their problems. This becomes especially important, and difficult, for emerging technologies that might not have as many industry recognized terms like IAM or CRM. In this session I will pull from years of experience marketing decentralized identity to discuss how to identify the terms that register with the customer at the time, why and when they might change, and how to know when to adapt your communications to better match the customer’s expectations.
