Session: How to build resilient teams in fast-growing environments
The role of recruiters inside organisations has become way more complex than what it used to be. It takes a big amount of soft skills, passion and curiosity to build the best teams. But we do not operate on our own but as a partner of the business. I would like to run a presentation on my learnings from the hard and good times during my experience scaling companies in my time at Talentful.Bio
My name is Eva and I am originally from Spain. I lived part of my career in France, UK and now in Germany and I am currently working for Talentful, an in-house recruitment and HR consulting company designed for fast-growing companies and I hold a MSc in HR Management from the University of Liverpool in the UK.
