Session: The Art Of Undoing: Undoing barriers to authenticity & impact
We're being asked to do more than ever and burn-out rates are at an all time high. We have access to so many tools that promise to help us feel better, but with so little time, how do we prioritize? And will the changes actually stick?
The good news is, feeling better doesn't require doing more. By practicing the Art of Undoing, you can do less and be more. The result is employees with greater confidence and well-being, teams with greater diversity and collaboration, and companies with improved bottom line, innovation and culture.
By sharing personal stories and relevant research, Erika addresses why meaningful change is so difficult and how to identify and overcome the critical unconscious barriers to authenticity. She will introduce the Art of Undoing by sharing a powerful 4-step process you can begin practicing immediately to feel more aware, at ease, and confident.we
