Carnellia Ajasin is a technology product executive, startup advisor, angel investor, author and founder of Mind Katalyst, a design and strategy technology firm. From digital to physical she specializes in applying human-centered design principles to help clients define, design and develop software and hardware products that achieve business objectives, relevance, meaning and competitive advantage. Carnellia and her team helps ambitious organizations, nonprofits and entrepreneurs stay relevant, understand digital trends, emerging technology and create growth through the development of meaningful and purposeful software and hardware products and services.
Prior to founding Mind Katalyst, Carnellia held executive and leadership positions at Oracle, Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini leading enterprise-wide technology implementation and strategy throughout North and South America, Europe and South Africa. Carnellia is intimately involved and experienced in shipping technology software and hardware products in emerging technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, IoT, augmented reality, blockchain and cyber security. She is also passionate about supporting startup eco-systems in alignment, strategy, innovation, execution and expansion of purposeful tech product ideas. Carnellia is an active sought after advisor, speaker and frequent contributor to numerous business organizations such as Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Women In Technology and National Science Foundation Innovation Corps (NSF I-Corps).
