Brittany is the Founder and President of Team b. Strategy+, a woman-owned small business specializing in strategy, marketing, communications, training, design, and government relations. She successfully negotiated her company’s first prime contracts direct with the federal government in the national security space and led her company through a reorganization to empower the team and support expansion. Brittany made a conscious effort to grow and mold her company to have a unique culture and project portfolio that speaks to who her employees are as a team and amplifies the things we care about. Brittany serves as CEO, directly supports her clients, logged over 100k flight miles last year, and participates in the daily operations of her firm while balancing her role as a military spouse. She was named a Top Woman Leader for 2023 by Women We Admire, her company received two Stevie Awards for Women in Business in 2023, was nominated by the 2023 DOE Small Business Forum & Expo for best Women Owned Small Business, and was recognized by Inc 5000 in 2021.
