Session: Collaboration: A strong ally to overcome the unknown
COVID-19 has changed the way we work, but even before that, the collaboration between peers was already an important tool to tame challenges and guarantee fast deliveries. This is a talk on how pair programming, and collaboration in general, was used to achieve the delivery of a new feature, where developers didn't know much about the technology but had a hard deadline. Collaboration was a key part of the success of the delivery, but also served as a connection point between teammates, reducing solitude while working from home.Key Takeaways
