Session: Breaking the Bias

I would like to talk about how women can accept the challenge of working in different industries and start their learning from zero. How they can lead a big workforce with their leadership style, how they can impact the society and environment with a sustainable approach, how non tech women can actually lead in technology.

Key Takeaways

  • How to get inspired by choosing diversified career paths.
  • How to outshine in challenging career paths by focusing on strengths.
  • How to enable other women around you to choose STEM careers.

Bio
