Archana Jain brings her extensive leadership experience to Zurich Insurance as the Group Chief Technology Officer, starting in August 2022. With a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, Archana consistently challenges herself, both professionally and personally. She is a strong advocate for equal opportunities for women in STEM fields and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of life.Prior to joining Zurich, Archana held the position of VP for Global Technology Solutions at Verizon Consumer Group, where she led planning and technology teams and drove cultural transformation across the organization. As CIO for Verizon Partner Solutions, she successfully modernized enterprise billing platforms, consolidated systems for improved efficiency and scalability, and implemented design thinking and agile practices to foster innovation.
With a diverse background and a commitment to driving technological advancements, Archana is dedicated to ensuring a secure and efficient infrastructure and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration at Zurich.
