Session: High-Performing Teams: How to Support Them
Throughout my transition from a classroom teacher to an engineering manager at an ed-tech company, I’ve discovered how many parallels can be drawn between qualities of an effective teacher and qualities of any effective leader. Even though I’m still on the path of lifelong learning, I’m excited about the opportunity to share some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
