Alla Lyubimova has over nine years of experience in B2B and B2E marketing and business development within the IT industry. Since 2020, she has been working at Luxoft as CSR Manager being part of the Employer Branding team. Her responsibilities include global CSR strategy development, running the Diversity & Inclusion program, and fostering the She’s in IT program, which is aimed at empowering female talent and supporting cooperation with external female communities.
