Session: How a watermelon got stuck in a ‘millennial crisis’
In 2019 I was faced with what I call “millennial crisis”. This was the time when I realized that an imaginary perfect life (i.e. graduate from a prestigious university, get a good job, connect with cool friends and don’t ever have to worry about what you wish to buy) didn’t work for me anymore. So I quitted my corporate job at Maersk and went to rural Uganda to volunteer with women. I strongly believed that working in an NGO would naturally bring me my purpose. Unfortunately that didn’t happen so easily… but it did taught me a lot!
During my talk I share with my personal insights and tools which helped to reflect on myself and clarify my life purpose which I am following still today.
