Faten is the CEO of HealthEMe, operating in 6 countries, 4 industries, and 3 sectors, with Fortune 500 clients and government partners. HealthEMe has been named one of Canada’s Top 10 Most Innovative Businesses.
She is also the President and CCO of WeUsThem, a full-service ad agency with clients like Telus, Canadian Space Agency, and Kaplan. Under her leadership, WeUsThem has earned international recognition and accolades, including being named one of Canada’s Top 10 Most Innovative Businesses and has been recognized by the WHO, World Bank, and Governor General of Canada.
Faten is one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women and a Hall of Fame inductee. She’s among Atlantic Canada’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business and has earned numerous honors, including Executive and Entrepreneur of the Year. Recently, she received the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for her works.
As the first female immigrant Chair of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, she serves on the Board of Efficiency One and co-founded the Women's Leadership Collaborative. She leads The Leaders Breakfast initiative, supporting women in leadership and served on the boards of the Canadian Cancer Society and Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
