Almost 20 years ago, I began to build my background in project management in fast-paced industries, particularly Telecom, mainly in IT, while working for global consulting and solutions companies.
I’m always empowering teams to deliver value, driving projects to the highest standards, and searching for ways to simplify.
I have expertise bootstrapping business operations, implementing project management frameworks (waterfall and agile environments), establishing and developing PMOs, setting an agile mindset, changing organizational culture, and finding the best tools and perfect techniques that fit each organization.
I bring extensive experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams and remote environments across different countries and cities simultaneously. Operating at all levels, I can impact and influence VPs and C-levels and engage team members, sponsors, and stakeholders.
I'm able to solve ambiguous problems and work in challenging scenarios. As data-driven, with extensive experience and the ability to analyze complex data and translate it to results in reports and presentations, I provide visibility to the milestones and performance across the organization. Proficient in simplifying and innovate to drive improvements in processes by automation and standardization, I'm a hands-on professional with efficient communicating at all levels and comfortable "wearing many hats."
