Seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader for the Solutions Engineering team to support Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) products. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in RTL2GDS/Place & Route, managed team, had Pre-sales experience and has either supported Customers or willing to. Will also be responsible for managing the Solutions Engineering team, customer relationships, partnering with Sales to strategize & grow the revenue at the account/s.
- MSEE or BSEE with 10+ years of RTL2GDS/Place & Route experience & managed team.
- Had experience managing a team.
- Had pre-sales experience.
- Deep knowledge of the Synthesis & Physical implementation.
- Adept at managing escalations.
- Customer-first, results-oriented mindset with sound judgment-making skills.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Ability to drive pre- and post-sales discussions with customers is a plus.
- Experience in DFT is a plus.
- Collaborative approach and ability to develop excellent alliances cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
