For the development of a next generation of premium vehicles, we are looking for experienced Test Engineers. Join our team of enthusiastic and experienced Software Engineers in Luxoft and work on an entire functional area of a car, all part of vital in-car applications utilized in future vehicles of renowned automotive manufacturers worldwide.
Work on features that will be used daily by millions of drivers once the next generation of vehicles hit the roads, focusing on one of the following areas:
- HMI & UX
- Body Control & Comfort functions
- Connected Vehicle & Cloud Solutions
- ADAS / Autonomous Driving
- Simulation & virtual ECU
- Sensor Calibration & Sensor Data Validation
Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer you will contribute to the verification and validation of software and the systems being developed.
You will be working within a development team in one of those areas (depending on skill focus):
- feature test on system level
- software test
- test automation
You will be part of a larger project team that embraces the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for the end-product being developed. This larger project team believes in a work climate that value people and encourages innovation, collaboration and a professionalism.
Skills
Must have:
- M- Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or similar qualification
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally along with agile principles
- Open to learn new tech and adjust to new ways of working
- Good communication skills in English (writing & speaking) along with team spirit
- Self-organized and diligent
- Enthusiasm for automotive
4+ years of experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
* Software Test
* DevOps
* Test Automation
* Test Management
* Manual Testing / System Testing, HiL testing
* Testing in embedded systems
* At least one Scripting / Programming language (Python, lua, C#)
Nice to have:
* Experience within Automotive domain
* Experience within Infotainment, ADAS or C2X
* Italian speaking

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
