The Role
In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Your Future at Kyndryl

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall SAP service for Kyndryl.
- Perform business as usual tasks as defined in the process requirements, for example: incident management, problem management, change management.
- Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment, maintain the SAP performance for entire SAP landscapes.
- Monitor the existing cloud infrastructure, applications, and client environments from SAP Basis perspective.
- Manage SAP databases (Sybase & Hana).
- Maintain SAP systems, plan and execute project work (support packages, kernel upgrade, enhancement packages, SAP Upgrades, DB upgrades).
- Work in any of the following virtual environments: Linux, Unix and Windows.
- Create and maintain platform and infrastructure documentation.
- Maintain defined service level agreements.
- Work closely with the senior team members, sharing information and knowledge. - Personalized learning and development.
- Agile way of working.
Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 or more years of experience on SAP Basis.
- 1 SAP Certification is a benefit (for example Technology Associate).
- Basic OS’s (RedHat, SuSe, AIX, Windows) knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Hana database
- Experience with SAP solutions is preferred (Solman, ECC, ERP, BW, SCM, S4HANA, BTP, SAP CloudALM, GRC, ARIBA).
- Experience on SAP projects and upgrades.
