While remote work policies offer flexibility and can significantly help working mothers in tech by reducing commute times and allowing for a more manageable schedule, they alone are not sufficient. For a truly supportive environment, companies must also integrate flexible hours, provide access to childcare support, and promote a culture that values work-life balance. Without these additional measures, remote work alone cannot address all the challenges faced by working mothers.
