I have a Ph.D in recycling textiles, and I was previously an R&D employee at Kodak, Georgia Pacific, and P&G. Since 2015 I have been self-employed at my consulting firm Ross Consulting and Solutions. I am married and I have two daughters. I believe there are Tech opportunities for women, despite the 2% rate of women's employment in the industry. In Tech we are mostly cleaning women and secretaries. Therefore there is still a place for improvement. |
