Hi everyone, I am Paula! you should know that I am a very passionate and self-driven Latina professional that has been working for the last 8 years in the IT, Qcommerce (quick-commerce) and e-commerce industry in 5 different countries (3 different continents), where I gain the possibility to manage different business portfolios and scale products in APAC, MENA, Europe and the LATAM regions.I discover my passion for Product Management and Operations while I worked with teams that wanted to deliver a flawless experience to customers and that's my current professional focus while performing in a Product Consultant role.
After visiting 45 countries I discover that what organizations need is more Diversity and Inclusion (which is the key to a successful and innovative workplace) and I truly believe in the power of networking and empathy in all stages in your career.
