Michela Federico

Hi, I'm Michela Federico, a Frontend Tech Lead at Unbabel.
I supervise the architecture of our frontends, mentor and coach our frontend engineers, and collaborate with other teams to improve our SDLC and DevOps culture.

As a DevOps advocate, I believe in fostering a mindset of continuous learning. To promote this, I created Frontify, a one-day event at Unbabel that hosts industry expert speakers to share their knowledge and insights with our engineers to promote growth and knowledge sharing.

When I'm not immersed in tech, you'll find me reading, binge-watching TV series (especially kdramas!), playing Magic: The Gathering (MTG) and capturing moments with my camera.

I'm a proud blend of 95% Italian and 5% English heritage, currently residing in the South West of UK with my Pakistani husband and our adorable moggie cat, Sprinkle. My multicultural background enriches my perspective and fuels my diverse interests.
