Susan
Susan has worked at Cox Automotive in different roles since 2007, and she has been the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Data Management & Enablement for the last six years. In this role, she focuses on bringing data to the masses for actionable, data-driven decision making through their Enterprise Data Marketplace and ModelOps platforms. Previously, she led process improvements at Cox Automotive’s Manheim auctions, where her scope eventually extended into analytics and product management, and before that, she spent five years at Turner Broadcasting in financial analysis. In October 2023, Susan was named Women In Technology (WIT)’s Woman of the Year in Mathematics. She has presented at several data governance and vendor forums throughout her career.
Shika
Shika is the HR Business Partner at Fyusion. With over a decade of HR expertise, she brings a wealth of experience spanning various industries. Initially honing her skills over nine years in retail, Shika transitioned seamlessly into the dynamic realm of technology three years ago. Her adaptable HR background encompasses the full spectrum of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, and active participation in DEI initiatives. Committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, Shika prioritizes maintaining a healthy environment for all. Beyond the office, she cherishes quality time with her family and beloved four-legged companion, Ollie.
