I am the HR Director for Western & Southern Europe at Luxoft, I have global experience in delivering strategic and tactical HR practices. I actively champion an inclusive agenda, believing that diversity of thought brings creativity and opportunity to organisations. My work has involved kick-starting diversity and inclusion programs, bringing together teams of employees to develop workplace initiatives to drive cultural change. I take an active role in building the region's great place to work agenda, which is focused on building inspiring leaders, creating a true learning organisation and a sense of belonging for all employees.
