Gissela Moya is a Tech Equity Advocate at the Greenlining Institute focusing on ensuring People of Color in California have access to internet access. She recently co-authored the report "On the Wrong Side of The Digital Divide" (https://bit.ly/onthewrongside).
Gissela Moya was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and received a bachelor’s in political science from UC Berkeley.
