Session: Why we love the 4 day work week!
Why we love the 4 day work week!
This talk explores how a 4-day workweek can set a business and its people up for success. We believe that having a modern and flexible approach to the working week is critical for creating a fulfilling workplace for all employees, particularly when we focus on the needs of women.
Drawing on extensive research conducted by THRYVE over a period of 18 months, the presentation will demonstrate how a shorter working week can enhance productivity and lead to greater employee satisfaction. We’ll explore the challenges involved in implementing this approach, and propose innovative strategies for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that includes; mentorship programs, flexible work arrangements, and other such initiatives.
Personal experiences will be shared alongside data-driven analysis – so you’ll get a high-level perspective on how it works, why it works, and how it can help you foster a positive and fulfilling workplace culture, alongside hiring for growth and success.
