Session: Building and Sustaining High Performing Teams
You have a gold mine of talent on your team. Today more than ever, making time to engage your team, highlight their successes, dig in to resolve obstacles and add support where needed builds trust and enhances their commitment to keep striving for the best outcomes possible.
It is critical that as leaders, we don't lose site of the rockstars that bring it, day in and day out, to build the technology needed to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. When it comes to building new teams, it is just as important to set the tone as not just a director, but as a partner who takes their professional and work culture needs seriously.
Remember Maslow's hierarchy of needs? In this session, we'll dissect this concept and flip it on its head to link these key motivators to the work environment. It's a fun discussion with a lot of "A-ha" moments. Let's dive in!
