Session: Yes you can become a technical leader even if you haven't coded in forever!
Often times women in tech tend to get assignments that are less technical and more product or people management focused. Many times it is the women in organizations who do most of the softer things - picnic planning, team building, DEI employee resource groups, etc. that are not part of your performance review and further entrench your reputation as a non-technical person. Join me to learn how you can invest in yourself to upskill, change perceptions and become a technical leader without losing your authentic self.
