In my talk, I will take you on a journey and tell my story of impacting 1000 women in the tech industry in 2020. I will share be sharing my 10-year vision and how creating meaningful and purposeful missions creates a long-lasting impact and opens the doors to new career opportunities, partnerships and it is a change-accelerator that we urgently need.It is about pursuing the just cause as Simon Sinek describes in his book "The Infinite Game" and it is about playing the infinite game and making the world a better place. One mission at a time.

Adela Mehic-Dzanic is a Forbes featured female tech leader, frequent international speaker, and a WomenTech mentor.She is at the executive level of the IoT software company MAVOCO AG as the Head of CSP Segment and serves as the VP of the Female Leaders Network of the WU Executive Academy (Business School of Vienna University of Economics) as well as the VP of the Association of Business Women of B&H.
She is passionate about networking and building meaningful relationships, her community calls her the "Networking Queen". In 2020, she launched her Youtube Channel - Making it in Austria - where she interviews people from abroad who made a successful career in Austria.
