Reach Out via Email: Send an email to your contacts informing them about your nomination. Explain the importance of the Women in Tech Global Awards, and provide them with information on how they can support you by voting. Don't forget to ask them to pass the information to their own networks, this will extend your reach.
Engage with Online Communities: Share your nomination news in relevant online forums and groups. This could include tech forums, ERG groups, professional networking sites, and communities focused on women's empowerment. Be sure to provide information about how to vote.

On the profile page, you'll find social media sharing buttons. Click on these buttons to share the nominee's profile on your chosen social media platform(s). This could be LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform provided.
By sharing the nominee's profile using these buttons, your action counts as a vote for the nominee.

Please note the following important information:

Repeated clicks from the same user are tracked internally, so multiple clicks without real shares by the same user will not result in multiple votes, even if it shows multiple clicks on the front end. The system is designed internally to count unique shares only, to ensure a fair voting process.

Jae Sook Evans is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in building and leading global technology teams to deliver top-tier, highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure services. Currently serving as Oracle's Global Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform Services, she plays a pivotal role in spearheading Oracle IT's cloud transformation and providing IT services to Oracle's vast employee and developer community worldwide. Jae leads OCI's global region build program, overseeing critical systems like billing, subscription management, cost management, OCI console services, and Oracle Cloud Marketplace. With a diverse background spanning industries such as telecommunications, online gaming, ecommerce, retail, and enterprise cloud, Jae is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She serves as the executive sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) for OCI, actively participates in various Oracle D&I initiatives, and champions these efforts at industry events, including Oracle Professional Asian Leadership and Women in Tech events.
