Senior Product Manager, VTS Rise

As our Senior Product Manager, you will take on a high degree of responsibility and autonomy of our VTS Rise platform related either to our Engagement or Mobile Access segment. You will work with a team of engineers and a designer to understand customer problems, develop a strategy and iteratively execute, and measure success at each stage to build capabilities of what will be used day to day by end customers on our platform. You will be joining a skilled, fun, and growing group of product managers with experience at startups and big tech companies.

Here’s what you can expect as a Senior Product Manager:

• Work to understand challenges we should address that unlock customer value by solving customer and business problems
• Define ambitious and empathetic goals with your squad and own the priority and scope of the work, using our amazing design and engineering talent to generate and iterate on these ideas
• Conduct research to uncover the high level “jobs to be done” of our internal teams, as well as tactical usability and user experience opportunities for the team
• Measure and synthesize the quantitative and qualitative feedback on your products, and share these findings with your team and senior management
• Have autonomy over your backlog and flexibility to ensure we are hitting the right balance of new features, polish, bugs and technical investment
