What You'll Do:
As a Sales Operations Analyst , your role will involve leading critical processes within the department, including RF, Plan, and financial reports for EMEA market. Your responsibilities will be vital in providing accurate analysis, standardizing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly those in the APAC and AMS regions, as well as the strategic department. Your contributions will directly influence leadership decision-making, resource allocation, and overall business performance, allowing us to maintain our position as market leaders. Your experience will play a significant role in shaping decision-making processes and driving the success of our business.
· Providing EMEA Commercial Weekly pulse for both markets.
· Leading the RF & PLAN process for both markets.
· Support the BPs (business partners) and stakeholders with Ad-hoc analysis.
· Commercial productivity analysis
· Analytical and data extraction support in multiple commercial projects (eg. segmentation 2024, business cadence, pipeline KPIs, etc.)
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
- Proven experience in SQL language , data analysis, commercial reports, and Tableau reports.
- Proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) .
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational change.
