Position Overview:
The Microsoft Dynamics Platform Lead has an excellent technical understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, languages and framework and key technical aspects of system integration, capable of building scalable and easy to maintain solutions. Collaboration with business owners, SMEs, and technical team members is critical and the ability to translate across the functional/technical divide are required skills to be successful in this role. The technical platform lead will collaborate with leadership to define and execute the vision for the platform while also delivering technically sound implementations on the platform.
What You’ll Do for Us:

Translate the to-be business process and requirements into detailed technical requirements to meet business goals while maintaining technical best practices

Design, build and deploy Microsoft Dynamics Solutions

Oversee the full DevOps cycle for implementations on the Dynamics Platform
-
Present technical concepts to non-technical resources
-
Collaborate with application solution architects and platform developers to solve technical challenges
-
Lead the implementation of changes to the existing applications and components in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment

Ensure solutions are compliant with Coca-Cola development and security standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
5+ years’ experience developing in the Dynamics platform
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
-
Extensive experience developing using C#, TypeScript, HTML5, .NET framework
-
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
-
Experience on Portal Development (liquid framework) required

Critical understanding of Source code control systems, repository driven development, and general GitHub
-
Experience with Agile Scrum delivery framework

Experience leading distributed teams and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
Nice to have:

Microsoft Customer Service Functional Consultant Certifications preferred

Omnichannel and Channel Integration to enable bots for Voice and Chat
