About the Role:
We're on the hunt for individuals
who bring together technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach to join
our YES Energy Client Services team in the role of Associate Technical Account
Managers (ATAMs). As an ATAM, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging our
state-of-the-art Utility Billing software, a powerful tool engineered to
meticulously track energy consumption, pinpoint leaks, alert relevant
stakeholders, flag invoice discrepancies, and recover excessive charges.
In this role, your billing oversight and customer service
excellence will be the driving force behind ensuring our clients receive
top-notch service and reliable billing solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Billing Oversight:
Thoroughly review utility data to pinpoint any discrepancies in our billing
processes.

Customer Support:
Provide efficient and effective customer support, aiding clients in
troubleshooting issues and navigating our client dashboard.
·
Tool Proficiency:
Become an expert in Yardi's utility billing tool and conduct client training
sessions to ensure they maximize its benefits.
·
Property Support:
Utilize research and problem-solving skills to assist client properties across
the United States.
·
Invoicing Management:
Maintain a keen eye on missing invoices and approvals, ensuring no vital
billing components are overlooked.
·
Quality Control:
Collaborate with client properties to ensure billing meets quality standards
and key performance indicators.
·
Data Management:
Apply meticulous attention to detail in making necessary system adjustments and
ensuring data accuracy.
·
Communication and Resolution:
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing billing exceptions promptly
and working towards swift resolution.
·
Project Contribution:
Support special projects as required and prepare diligently for upcoming
billing cycles.
Who
You Are:
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Business,
Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination
of education and experience.
·
Proficiency in troubleshooting and
providing remote support using virtual tools to assist customers effectively.
·
Solid understanding of accounting
and billing principles.
·
Competency in MS Office Suite and
Outlook.
·
Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills for delivering top-notch customer support.
·
Robust customer service abilities,
with a genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations.
·
Keen attention to detail and a track
record of methodically following processes to ensure precision and
productivity.
·
Capability to handle multiple
priorities within deadline-driven settings.
·
Strong interpersonal skills and a
collaborative team-oriented approach.
·
Adaptability and the capacity to
pivot in response to changing priorities for efficient task and project
management.
Ideal to have:

Prior training experience.
·
Prior property management experience.
·
Yardi Voyager experience.
