About the Role

Our payroll specialist is permanent fulltime role which will manage end to end payroll and HR compliance activities on monthly, quarterly, biannually and annual basis depending upon the statutory requirement. The role would have close coordination with the respective internal (finance, employees) and external stakeholders (payroll/ PF partners, compliance partners). Responsible for providing error free inputs for the payroll processing and detailed validation of output v/s inputs. Would be responsible for fulfilling all statutory requirements. Person would also manage the payroll software and ESS and will be responsible for answering to and solving related queries within required TATs. The role is located in our Noida office on a hybrid model. (usually, 2 days from office and rest work from home). The organization provide world class benefits and great culture at work.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies while processing payroll.

  • Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with HR, finance and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.

  • Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.

  • Generate payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with

  • regulatory requirements.

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.

  • Stay updated on payroll regulations, Indian tax laws and industry trends, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

  • Liaison with the payroll partner regularly for the processing of F&F within the stipulated TATs

  • Coordinate with internal benefits team to ensure accurate processing of employee benefits and deductions.

  • Stay updated and well aware on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

  • Manage payroll ERP and ESS systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.

  • Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records..

  • Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, taxation and statutory compliance in India.

  • Experience in handling payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.

  • Proficiency in payroll software/ ERP systems, such as SAP and/or ADP, etc with experience implementing and managing

  • payroll systems.

  • Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.

  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the

  • organization.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
