Software Development Engineer II - Advanced Analytics Widgets Team

Qualtrics is seeking Software Engineers to join our growing Engineering function in our Mexico City office. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, have 2+ years of software engineering experience, and want to work at a fast-growing tech company, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming about. The vision for this team is to provide a powerful set of tools (Widgets) that cover a comprehensive rang of insights and data analysis in a friendly format.
How You’ll Find Success
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics widgets with a focus on self serve, UX improvements and actions users can take based on the insights generated from the widgets
- Partner across multiple product lines to ensure meaningful customer impact
How You’ll Grow
As a Software Engineer at Qualtrics, you should love building simple solutions to solve hard customer use cases or engineering scalability problem, and design systems in an agile environment to withstand hyper growth and owning quality from end to end. You will work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes, and transform them into exciting end user features.
Things You’ll Do
- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance
- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Experience using React, JavaScript
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Experience creating data analytics or data visualizations to enhance user experience.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and coding background
- Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years working in a full-stack web engineering position
