NTT is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist to join our team on a permanent position.

The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process for a portfolio of large, complex Managed Services contracts which encompasses:

• Maintaining the billing requirements template and preparing the monthly invoice in line with the terms of our contracts with our clients
• As subject matter expert for a portfolio of clients, become the escalation point for any invoicing/payment queries
• Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate and improve work instructions and processes to enhance client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Primary Duties

• Gathering all applicable inputs from internal and external (Third Party vendor) parties, and following up invoices and/or reports
• Manipulating large volumes of internal & external data sources to calculate periodical billing
• Reconciling True ups
• Client Profitability reviews to ensure in line with expectations/As Sold position
• Identifying variances/trends and escalating anomalies appropriately to the Client Director
• Liaising with internal stakeholders for queries, client purchase orders and assistance with issue resolution, including but not limited to: Client Delivery Directors (CDD), Client Operations Managers, Client Managers (CM), SMCs, Order Management (OM), Finance, Client Take On (CTO), Vendor Admin (VA), MS Commercial, Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Updating the billing information in the Contract Management system (SnoW/ ITSM) always ensuring alignment to the Client contract
• Processing Commercial MACDs
• Triaging Technical MACDs
• MACD reporting
• Managing T&M Quoting and Quote and Project
• Updating Client Information Template
• Updating systems and reports (Accruals, SAP, Direct, SFDC, SNOW, E-filing A/P Portal, Sharepoint/Teams)
• Creating additional client-facing substantiation reports (invoice attachments)- not system-generated
• Creating the invoice in SAP via SNoW
• Raising proforma invoices (where applicable)
• Updating Cost vs Sell file for every contract)
• Maintaining accurate billing and backout records for SOX audit purposes
• Ownership of invoice queries until resolution
• Maintaining work instructions
• Chairing meetings and taking minutes where applicable

Experience

• Strong experience in a complex contract management support environment (asset/contract management experience will be very highly regarded)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Must be competent in vlook ups, pivots, formula creation
• Knowledge of SAP, Service Now, ITSM, SFDC will be well regarded
• Working knowledge of Managed Services is desirable
