The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for proactive collaboration with customers and key internal business partners. The role requires outstanding customer service skills, independent thinking in handling payroll analysis and validations in a challenging, fast-paced and high-growth environment.
What you'll do
  • Provide day to day support for HRIS and other HR systems including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methodsApply skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment of new functionality, enhancements, and process improvement
  • Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance
  • Prepare standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence
This role requires
  • Ensure HRIS support tickets are processed accurately and timely
  • Demonstrated skill in HRIS tool configuration, primarily for Workday
  • Ensure system data is accurate and compliant
  • Create and write Standard Operating Procedures in a clear and organized way
  • Work with HR functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information
  • Address employee queries related to HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Off
  • Work with Payroll and Finance teams to prepare monthly data loads
  • Work with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of system data
  • Special projects as assigned
  • 1+ years experience of HRIS experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a fast-growing company strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Workday HCM experience
