The Role

必要とされる職業上および技術的な専門知識 :

【経験】 いずれかの経験がある人を募集。

・分散系インフラ構築プロジェクト（全局面）のプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験。

・構築プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験年数が２〜３年以上ある。

・データセンターで稼働するサーバー群を他のデータセンターへ移転するプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験。

【知識】 インフラコンポーネントについて基本的な知識がある人。

・OS,MW,DB,Storage,NW,監視等

・システム管理：ITIL Foundationレベル

【Capability】

シニアレベルのプロジェクトマネージャーは、その能力における権威として認められ、独自にユニークな状況に対処し、他者を支援し、エグゼクティブに指導を行います。その能力において経験の浅い従業員を指導し、育成を支援する。

Who You Are

望まれる職業上および技術的な専門知識：

・複数年の単独でのPM経験を持ち、中規模以上の複雑なプロジェクト・マネジメントを単独で実践できる

・プロジェクト・マネジメントについて体系的に理解しており、実践ができる

・プロジェクト・マネジメントの外部資格を保有していることが望ましい

・社内外におけるプロジェクト・マネジメント関連のギブバック活動に積極的で、複数実績がある
