However, considering the broader ecosystem - where women-led startups might have less access to capital and mentorship - these regulations can exacerbate existing disparities. Compliance demands financial and human resources, which are often scarcer in female-founded companies. Thus, while not directly impeding, these regulations may indirectly place women at a disadvantage.
