Just as physical workplaces may have safe spaces for employees to relax and regroup, remote environments should offer virtual equivalents. This could include designated channels or times for non-work-related interaction or support groups for employees to share and discuss their experiences and concerns in a psychologically safe setting. These spaces can foster community and make it easier to identify and address harassment indirectly.
