Allies can commit to their own continuous learning and self-education on issues affecting women in STEM. Understanding the challenges, including subtle biases and systemic barriers, allows allies to better support women and advocate for change. This includes listening to women’s experiences, seeking out resources to educate oneself, and engaging in conversations that promote understanding and action. By embracing these roles, allies can significantly contribute to creating environments where women in STEM can not only succeed but thrive.
